EXPIRATION_DATE.bin Will work till end of Dec. 2026 (copy it to the same directory were the CSA-Rainbow-Table-Tool.exe is present).
See CSA-Rainbow-Table-Tool_Rv2.13_package.zip -> CSA_RBT_Rv2_readme.pdf -> page 1 bottom.
But a user must be able to download the tables from the normal Internet (not USENET, not DARKWEB, not torrent, ...).
